Ingredients

• 70ml No. 18
• 100ml Prosecco
• Generous handful of ice
• Wedge of fresh orange

Method

1. Throw the ice in your own choice of glass.
2. Add the vermouth.
3. Add the Prosecco and stir.
4. Garnish with your orange wedge.
