Vermouth is an aromatised, fortified wine and a classic cocktail ingredient.
Use an Extra dry white Vermouth to make a Martini and a Semi-sweet red Vermouth to make a Negroni or Manhattan.
We are called In the loop drinks because we save English wine from going to waste and rework it into English Vermouth, thus keeping it in the circular economy a.k.a. IN THE LOOP
